Turn off Dolby Atmos for movies on HomePod Gen 2 + Apple TV 4K?

I have one HomePod Gen 2 connected to Apple TV 4K. I was wondering if it's possible to turn off Dolby Atmos for movies, as I disabled it for Music via Home App. In my setting, Apple TV's menu shows "automatic, Atmos" in options, but they're greyed out and I can't change them.

So, Dolby Atmos for supported video content is mandatory with HomePod connected?
