My battery is at 84% should I be concern or is that still okay to continue using or should I replace it ?

Generally 80% is considered the threshold, but you may replace your battery whenever you like, at your cost.

Getting a New Battery:
I'd be a bit concerned, and would keep a good eye on it every-so-often. Apple recommends you get a new battery, when the Battery Health reaches 80% or less. When it hits that 80% or below mark --then it is time for a new battery.
