MDM (Mobile Device Management) is a technology used by businesses and organizations to manage and secure mobile devices like iPhones. If your iPhone is enrolled in an MDM program, you may not be able to remove it without the permission of the organization that enrolled it. However, here are some steps you can try:

  1. Check if your iPhone is enrolled in an MDM program. Go to Settings > General > Device Management. If you see a "Profiles" or "Device Management" option, it means your device is enrolled in an MDM program.
  2. If you have access to the MDM profile, you can try removing it by going to Settings > General > Device Management > [MDM profile] > Remove Management. You may need to enter a passcode or confirm your decision to remove the profile.
  3. If you don't have access to the MDM profile or the "Remove Management" option is greyed out, you may need to contact the organization that enrolled your device in the MDM program and request to have it removed.
  4. If you bought the iPhone secondhand and it's still enrolled in an MDM program, you can try contacting the previous owner and ask them to remove it. If they refuse or are unable to do so, you may need to contact Apple support for further assistance.

Profile options will exist, only if any profile installed by your corporate / organisation / enterprise / School Management then please contact the system administrator of your corporate / organisation / enterprise / School Management

If you have installed any profile on your own --> Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...

I have 4 devices none of them have any MDM or profile on my devices

Note: Removing an MDM profile may cause your device to lose some functionality or access to certain apps or services. It's important to understand the implications before attempting to remove an MDM profile from your iPhone.
