"Kite" is damaged and can't be opened Pop-up keeps Reappearing, can anyone help?

After downloading the macOS Ventura Version 13.3, I started getting a pop-up saying that "Kite" is damaged and can't be opened. The notification started to appear after updating the software and it continues to show up doesn't matter if I click on "Move to Trash" or "Cancel". The notification reappears in a few seconds after clicking on either option.

Although I don't have the application "Kite" shown in the warning pop-up on my mac, this pop-up keeps reappearing and I don't know the solution. Can anyone help?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.3

You can try this.....Open System Settings, Select General, Login Items, then check to see if any apps showing in the list to the right is called Kite. Then toggle it off.
