I am currently in Australia with an appleID that is based in mainland china. I was able to connect to the appleID server last month, but recently I am unable to connect to the server (which I believe is located in China). Is there some setting or something I can do to reconnect to the server? Thanks!

I am in west coast of US and I always hit this error. And mostly it happens at night time. It works during day time from 8am to 6pm. Is it due to bandwidth limitation? feels like traffic jam while China in daytime.
