Unable to tap on my Apple ID in the iPhone Settings

Hello,

As you can see in the picture I cannot open the apple ID, cloud en purchase. It looks like to be locked… Can someone tell me what to do?

Do you have a MDM profile?

If so, contact your company - IT department.

See -> Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

Check restrictions -> tap Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy -> scroll to Allow Changes.
