We understand you have incoming calls going straight to voicemail on your iPhone. We have several steps and settings for you to check that could help resolve this.

1. Make sure you don't have a Focus or Do Not Disturb enabled: Use Do Not Disturb with Focus on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
2. Check the Ring/Silent button to confirm it isn't set: How to put your iPhone on vibrate, ring, or silent mode - Apple Support
3. Go to go to Settings > Phone, then scroll down, tap Silence Unknown Callers and confirm it is disabled.
4. Go to Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding to make sure that isn't enabled.
5. Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics to check that the volume is up a little and you have an audible ringtone assigned that you can hear.
6. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing > Auto-Answer Calls to make confirm it is not enabled.
7. Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Lastly, if you still aren't able to hear or see incoming calls that are going straight to your voicemail, check with your cellular provider. They may have an outage in the area or some other setting with your account they can check. If you have questions about any of these steps, really back here.
