Custom iCloud Domain

I cannot setup up my custom domain. I’ve purchased 200 G iCloud storage and when I try to setup the domain, I keep getting the same error - on both my iPhone and iPad that share the same information and both decisions have all the information required the the domain setup. Please help as I was actually looking forward to getting my custom domain.

  3. Restart your iPhone and iPad. Sometimes a simple restart can fix issues like this. Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
  4. Try setting up the custom domain using a different device or web browser. It's possible that there's a problem with the iCloud app on your iPhone or iPad. Use Custom Email Domain with iCloud Mail - Apple Support
