Migrating Photos library from old MacBook Pro 2015 to new MacBook Pro 2021

Hi All,

I unboxed my MacBook 2021 last week and started the migration assistant via wifi connection, took 9 hours, so far everything I have tried to open works great (except Photos) and very complete, which is amazing! When I open Photos on the new Mac I get the message

Macbook 2015 running High Sierra 10.13.6

Macbook 2021 running Ventura 13

Then when I click Open Other Library I get this message

Then when I click "Other Library" I get these choices:

Then if I choose "Photos Library" from the top I get this message:

You can see in the background it says 100% complete. . .I don't know what that means in this situation but I have done nothing except run the migration, which completed without message errors.

I think the problem is related to my "Photos Library" showing up under "Lightroom" in the Pictures folder on my old MacBook instead of being out its own parent in the Photos Library.

I do not know the repercussions for moving things around in the file hierarchy system and I don't remember moving it in the first place. Right now my whole library is on the old Mac with original files and then also backed up in iCloud. It's around 468GB, which is worrying that it shows as 108.9GB on the New Mac where I can't open it. Please advise the best next step. I would like to continue to back up my photos going forward to the cloud from the new Mac, which I believe means I would need to take the old Mac offline for icloud backup. . . but again, I am not sure the best sequence to go forward to get everything in my Photos library moved first.

Thank you for any help!
