If you are unable to add invitees to an Exchange calendar event on your new phone, there are several things you can check:

  1. Make sure that you are signed in to the correct Exchange account: Verify that you are signed in to the correct Exchange account on your new phone. If you have multiple accounts, it's possible that you may be using the wrong one.
  2. Check your Exchange account settings: Make sure that your Exchange account settings are configured correctly. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts and select your Exchange account. Make sure that your account information, such as your email address and password, is correct.
  3. Check your calendar settings: Open the Calendar app on your iPhone and tap on "Calendars" at the bottom of the screen. Make sure that your Exchange calendar is selected and that it is set to sync with your device.
  4. Check your network connection: Make sure that your iPhone is connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network. If you are not connected to a network, you may not be able to add invitees to your Exchange calendar event.
  5. Try creating the event on a different device: If the issue persists, try creating the event on a different device, such as a computer or tablet. If you are able to add invitees on another device, then the issue may be with your new phone.

If none of these steps work, you may need to contact your Exchange server administrator or IT support team for further assistance.
