I have my Macs and iPads in focus mode - always. My iPhone however is never in focus mode. I have "share across devices disabled".

Yet when others send me an iMessage, they can see that I have notifications silenced. How do I disable that?

Yes it seems that way. I was hoping there is a way to turn off these notifications for others to see altogether, regardless of whether I have focus enabled or disabled.

Well it is on and I am getting notifications. But that's not the issue I was addressing. Maybe I wasn't being clear but it is about what OTHERS are seeing. They are seeing that my notifications are silenced - which is true on my Macs but not on my iphone.

You’re asking about an “all or nothing” phenomenon.

When someone sends you an iMessage, should they see “Notifications silenced” if you silenced them everywhere or if you silenced them anywhere?

Apple has chosen the latter.
