My apps are disabled
I need disable removed from my apps so i can update them

We need more information, please. When you say your apps are disabled, do you mean you cannot download apps? Or do you mean you cannot use any of your apps. Is there an error message?

Final thought … many apps have updated to be used with iOS 16 or higher. Your iPhone is only capable of iOS 15.7.3. If you can give us the names of a couple disabled apps, we can check the iOS requirements.
