My Find my is not working properly

Hi everyone

so I recently upgraded from iPhone 12 to iPhone 13, I transferred data through, i was using iPhone 12 and 12 pro, i added apple airpods pro 2 gen and 2 air tags, when i was doing data transfer i was on ios 16.3.0 going to ios 16.3.1 on iPhone 13. Now on my iPhone 13 find my is not detecting AirPods Pro as mine and airtags are not showing up aswell, I have tried to reset the AirPods but nothing is working tried to remove from my i cloud and re add not working either, unfortunately my location doesn’t allow me to contact Apple directly, we don’t have Apple stores here aswell, so your are my only hope could you please help me on this one, if I loose my airpods now I don’t think will be able to trace them, i also have AirPodsPro 1st gen stolen reported them stolen but now they are not showing if they are in lost mode, on my previous apple device they send me location but not anymore

Hi Stephemkay,

Have you logged into the same Apple ID when you set up your new iPhone?

Your Find My items are tied to your Apple ID and not to any particular device.

Make sure you're logged in properly with the article here:

Sign in with your Apple ID

Also make sure you're refreshing your connection on Wi-Fi and with Low Power mode off. Low Power mode prevents syncing in many circumstances and might affect this if you're having a connection issue.
