Every time I use chrome to browse different websites, they show me download recent chrome apps from App Store. But my chrome app is up to date, and this problem started from updating new versions of IPad.Os 16.4

Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions > Web Content > Limit Adult Website [Tick]
