Judging from some of the Third Party Software installed and used on the computer you have already been trying to Boost the Performance of this computer
Must commend the attempt 👍
Though and to be brutal, not matter how much work was done, the machine IMHO will never get any faster in its' present configuration.
Reason, the machine has a Traditional Rotational Drive ( 5400 RPM ). By the very nature of Spinner Drives it will be slow. Not even adding more RAM will speed up the drive
This becomes even more of an issue when running macOS 11 Big Sur and above, as Apple seems to have geared the Operating System to expect an all SSD Drive.
There are a couple of Options available IF you what to extend the life of this machine
1 - Purchase a good Enclosure and a good SSD Drive for that enclosure. Install the Operating System to the SSD Drive and make that drive your Startup Drive.
A good starting point might be www.owc.com and they may have specific equipment that best matches this 2015 iMac.
2 - Another Option available >>
Explore the Apple Trade-In Process where the Value of the exiting device could be used against the cost of a new Apple Computer.
What works for one does not work for all.
Have used this option several time including trading in a Late 2012 iMac with the same type of drive as this computer. It was stuck on macOS 10.15 Catalina and was barely able with perform. Thus the Trade In for a M1 Mac Mini which flys
Or Shop Refurbished Apple computers at an Apple Reduced Cost
Have used both previously and have been satisfied each time.
