If you are asking about the built in storage on your iPhone, then the answer is - no, you cannot add more to your iPhone. You can, however, check the link below on how to manage the storage you have by deleting photos you no longer need, deleting emails, deleting apps and more. It started by going to Settings > General > [Device] Storage.
