Can Notes in iPhone be hacked?

I understand in notes you can secure it with a passcode (lock). Can this note be hacked if they got onto your iPhone?

Notes are now unlocking every note that has a lock Before when you went to go unlock a note, it was just that note. Now when you go to unlock a note, it unlocks every single note that has a lock on it and then when you lock the notes, it locks all the notes that have the locks on them. That needs to be changes back ASAP. That causes a risk to privacy to sensitive information held within notes and just privacy violations in general which Apple is infamous for but come on. If it’s not broken, don’t “fix” it. And I noticed this on the new iOS 18.2

Notes from someone else showing up in my icloud notes app I opened my notes folder and under "All iCloud" I was surprised to see 5 different note threads created one week ago. I did not create these notes and I was actually at a work function around coworkers when these were created, but my phone was in my possession the entire time. All 5 notes were created within a 45 minute period and one note was very personal in nature. I have changed my password, but very concerned that someone else's info ended up on my phone and potentially they have access to information on my phone. Has anyone else experienced this and/or do you know how this might have happened?
