i’m sometimes gaming on my iMac via bootcamp, games such as Fifa 23 and Madden 23 and it’s laggy. Even though i have the settings in each game set to 1280 x 720 and capped at a Max of 60 fps.
I know that the Radeon pro is a VERY WEAK and OLD graphic card. Is there anyway i Can upgrade it? If yes, What card do you recommend?

No. GPU is soldered to the motherboard. Buy a suitable Windows PC with a stronger (replaceable) discrete GPU card. Make this your gaming rig.
