Having trouble with email and Mac Help advises to 'reindex mailbox'

Having trouble with Macmail. Mac Help advises to 'reindex mailbox', clicking on one mailbox from left side list and then clicking on 'reindex mailbox' - however can't find this!

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.7

Open Mail and select your Mailbox in the sidebar.
Go to the Mailbox menu on top
Choose Rebuild

Mail > Mailbox menu > Rebuild.

Make sure you have a backup first. People above aren’t wrong. It isn’t “reindex”, but “rebuild”. It deletes all of your messages and downloads them again from the server.
