Hello, I encountered a problem in the update for the first time, I have been requesting an update for the second day and, unfortunately, nothing happens. There is enough memory on the phone, but the problem seems to be that the update is not even downloaded because it says "suspended". Can you tell me what could be causing this and how to fix it?
