Same here, Ventura 13.3, it turns black for 3-5 sec every time desktop appears on the screen.

Safe Mode - no luck

I've tried erase my Mac using Disk Utility - no luck

Apple Support talked me through the Disk Utility fix. My laptop uses an M1 chip, if that matters, and Ventura 13.2.1. If this is a Venture trait, I'm not impressed. Hope you've gotten yours booted.
