my watch has been sent to repair 2 and they cannot access it,

it does not charge and i have not been able to use it im requesting to get a new watch that is why i got the insurance they are wasting my time to "check" something that just gets mailed back

This is a user to user only forum. We don't work for Apple and can't help you with your request. You need to work this out with Apple. Since you have sent your watch in twice, use the most recent communications you've received about the repair and contact Apple. If you're in the US, you can call them at 800-MY-APPLE.
