Create an iCloud account for her. It will save a lot of grief when trying to do things. IDs are not set up to be used by two people. On top of that, devices such as iPhones are also only intended to be used by one person at a time. Switching between users can lead to settings being messed up and things lost unless you are prepared to completely reset the device between users.

If you wish to pursue setting up Face ID for her too, see if the things in this document about alternative appearances will allow that: Set up Face ID on iPhone - Apple Support

"To set up an additional appearance for Face ID to recognize, go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Set Up an Alternate Appearance, then follow the onscreen instructions."
