iPhone Laggy Under Certain Headphone Conditions

I've had this issue for the last few months on iOS 16.2: When it's 9 PM and my Apple earbuds are being used with my iPhone X, the amount of time it takes for the phone to react increases drastically. It's almost like a switch gets flicked in my phone.

When I unplug my earbuds from my phone, the phone returns to taking a normal amount of time to react. It's always at or around exactly 9 PM Central Time, and I don't understand why. Sleep Focus doesn't start until 11 PM for me, and I don't know what else it could be. Please aid in this issue; I don't know what's going on and it sometimes causes the audio from songs to cut out for seconds at a time. This occurs with any Apple earbuds as well as some non-Apple ones, which all go through a Lightning connector.
