Unable to watch Star Trek: The Next Generation series on Apple TV even with Paramount+ subscription

I subscribed to Paramount+ on Apple TV. I watched from season 4 to season 6 episode 8 and it was all fine. I paused episode 8 half way, and when I tried to resume it, the picture froze, so I exited Apple TV. When I reopened Apple TV, all episode of Star Trek: TNG required purchase. None of the other Star Trek series require purchase because of my Paramount+ subscription. I tried restarting the computer and updating my system, neither worked. HELP!

Just wanted to explicitly add to this thread that I am also experiencing this issue across all my Apple devices. It seems like Star Trek: The Next Generation was miscategorized as no longer available through an Apple TV Paramount Plus subscription.

If this is not corrected soon I will have to cancel and subscribe to paramount plus standalone.

I don’t have any help to offer other than I’m having the same exact problem, so you’re not alone.

There was also one episode of Star Trek: Voyager that I was unable to watch, though I forget which one. It was the second part of a two part episode, which was pretty annoying. Every other episode of the series was available.

Apple - Please Fix!
