Playlist names
The playlists are no longer listed alphabetically after 16.4 update. Some are. Others are randomly put at start of list. Title sorting is still ticked. Nb This is the main LIST. Not each individual playlist contents.

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We understand your playlists are no longer sorted alphabetically after updating to iOS 16.4. You'll want to make sure you're following the steps in this article to sort your playlists: View albums, playlists, and more in Music on iPhone.
"Sort your music
- Tap Library, then tap Playlists, Albums, Songs, TV & Movies, or Music Videos.
- Tap Sort, then choose a sorting method, such as title, artist, recently added, or recently played."
You may also want to restart your iPhone to refresh iOS, apps and connections. If the issue persists, Contact Apple Support to look into this further.
