Apple TV in two countries with one Apple ID
I live in two countries (Germany and Switzerland). How can I handle this (e.g. Apple TV) with one Apple ID?

Officially Apple will give you service for your one ‘home country’, the country that your Apple ID is set to. Some of those services may or may not work in other countries. User reports from a few years ago may or may not be accurate for today. If changes in policy happen, then that is not listed anywhere public.
The country as set for your Apple ID, will determine which content is available to you, for App Store purposes and iTunes Store services (e.g. buy or rent movies, and certain subscriptions as well), as the Stores have catalogs for each country.
I would expect some European harmony in this, but I do not know to which extent, and Switzerland is not EU.
Let us know what you are able to access from the ‘other’ country, as the support documents do not detail this. Nothing bad will happen from just trying.
If you e.g. need to have German-specific apps and Swiss-specific apps, then you may need two accounts, as app creators may set app availability to Store countries of their choice. Some apps may be available in both countries, and useable in both, other apps may be available in one country only, and give service in one country only. The latter applies to national TV stations and their apps.
