iPhone 13 Pro Max Facebook short videos issue

A few days ago when I was looking at a short video on Facebook within Reels and Short Videos I was able to scroll through other videos but then it suddenly stopped. When I try to scroll to the next video the page would appear black but the various 'grey boxes' that do appear look like they are pulsating as if Facebook is having an issue loading the video. I noticed then it was on all short videos I went into that this was happening. I checked that Facebook was up to date and no new update was available. I uninstalled and reinstalled Facebook on my mobile in the event the app was corrupt despite everything else working but same issue. I have deleted cache but no joy as well as turning of network and switching it back on but same issue. I checked on my PC to see if it were a Facebook issue but the short videos scroll through with no issue. I have checked vbideos in my camera roll and these play without any issues and can scroll through these on my phone so I haven't reset the network as I feel that this is not the issue


Please can someone who may have experienced this before and was able to fix it advise me on how to resolve this as everything I check and do does not resolve the issue

As I said in my post, Facebook is working ok on a PC (including short videos) plus on my phone (but short videos had just stopped loading), so this indicates a problem with the settings on the phone rather than being Facebook. Having continued to look into this, one suggestion I found was to reset the network settings. I did this and the short videos now load when I scroll through them so proved my point that it was the phone and NOT Facebook as suggested!!
