Why is dictation failing on my iPad ?
In the past, I have done a lot of dictating but now it doesn’t work. I don’t know what to do
please help

if one has more keyboard layouts added then dictation will assume the language it's to decipher is the language of the keyboard layout, so if you say have german set to keyboard and you wish to dictate english then you first need to switch to english keyboard layout
