How do I get seconds on the iPhone clock
The only place seconds are displayed for the current time is on the clock app's icon 's face. The orange hand is the seconds hand and updates accordingly.

Outside of that, seconds are displayed when using the Timer and the Stopwatch.
No second are displayed on region based clocks in the World Clock tab.
