Why is it that when I swipe left on my iPhone4, sometimes it takes me to page 2 etc. and sometimes to the App Library and how do I control which one I get?

The App Library will show up at the very end of the available Home Screens. If you are already on page 2 and you swipe from right to left, you will get the App Library. If you are on page 1, you should then get page 2.

There are 4 pages of home screens. I could not access pages 2, 3, or4. I could only access page one and the App Library. I fixed the issue by rebooting. There must be a better way to fix this problem.
That is called a glitch, and yes, rebooting was likely the only way to solve that if it was not actually showing the other 2 home pages.
