Ventura 13.3 bugs (file/app association and universal control, both broken areas)

Hi dear community,

Since my Ventura upgrade to 13.3 on my iMac (2017) I've been having weird issues ...

macos universal control does not work at all.

and some files (.txt, .docx) are "not found" when I try to open them (while if I open the application, and I do file, open the files well (but I have problems to save my work). It's possible that this is related to Google Drive but I'm not sure.

On my MBP 2021 everything works perfectly (except of course macos universal control since I have a problem with my iMac).

I did a re-install of Ventura 13.3 but it didn't change anything.

The french mac forum I use and read regularly reveals that I'm not the only one in these situations, but nobody has found for the moment how to solve these problems.

I really don't want to make an install from scratch :(

My guess is you are correct. You can always test with files outside of Google Drive. Google Drive may need updated for Ventura 13.3. I don't use it myself.
