Hello! Notifications from applications do not come, although I configured them in the settings and in the program too, either it comes but incorrectly, without a banner but with sound, or not at all, there was no such thing before, ios is now 16.4

There's a couple things we'd recommend checking.
First, if you have multiple Apple devices is one of them in Do Not Disturb or a different Focus? Focus status may be shared across devices depending on your settings, meaning if one is set to Do Not Disturb that status may share across to others. You can confirm if that setting is enabled under Settings 
> Focus, then turn on Share Across Devices.
Next, what app or apps are affected? Are some of them Apple apps or only 3rd party ones? Also, when testing this issue are you doing so via sending an email to yourself or other means?
