Shazam Chrome Extension

I added the Shazam extension to my Chrome browser.

However, whenever I "Shazam" a song, it does not count towards the total a song was "Shazamed".

I "shazamed" a song in 5 different computers using 5 different chrome log in. It can recognize the song but it will not add to the total.

Is there a bug or an ongoing issue that I am not aware of?

For reference:

I "shazamed" the song 5 times 4AM Pacific. I checked the following day, the "shazam" count never updated.

Help?

I have synced both, Music Recognition and Shazam, with iCloud and have toggled on "Sync Shazams to Apple Music" in Shazam's settings. When I identify a song with the Shazam app the song is automatically added to Apple Music's "My Shazam Tracks" playlist as intended. However, when I identify a song with the Shazam widget in Control Center the song appears in the Shazam app but is not added to the playlist on Apple Music. The songs are only added to the Apple Music playlist after toggling the "Sync Shazams to Apple Music" setting on and off. I know I can add the songs manually but I wish the process would be automatic like when using the app as it doesn't seem like a difficult problem to fix.
