Apple watch purchased in the US will not work (cellular) in Europe. Is there anyway of finding/purchasing an Apple Watch Ultra in the US that will be compatible with European carriers ?
LD150 is absolutely correct, so if you need a second answer, NO. Don't even try to find a way to buy Apple Watch Ultra or any cellular model in the US and hope to use it in Europe. The cellular bands don't align and as LD suggested, you won't have warranty on the watch in Europe either.

Even if there were you still have no warranty or support for it in Europe. Trying to save few euros is false economy.
