Updated iPhone and iPad to 16.4 and now a problem

I updated both of my iPad and iPhone and now I keep getting this message in my Settings: Apple ID Suggestion 2, then I go in it and it says, Confirm iPhone Passcode, and Update Apple ID settings. It askes for my Apple Password which I put in and then it asks for the phone and iPad passcodes. I've done tried that on my tries, reset both and the message doesn't. Please help.

Hey Fdickerman,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It appears the alert has to do with iCloud Keychain. You mentioned that you performed a reset. Could you let us know the steps that were taken? This will help isolate the issue.

What I met by a reset, was to Sign out.
