I’d like to help. Could you please offer more detail of the problem? Is there an error message? If it says your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
Check the network connection:
You need to have a good Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
