how can we delete the this iphone is supervised and managed by kidslox?

I don't know why, but I can access find my and icloud on my son iphone.

The app to delete Kidslox ask us to turn off find my during the process but we can't

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16

You'll have to wipe the device. That message is placed on the device during the supervision process which allows a platform like KidsLox to access additional management features.
