Cannot remove Citrix from my computer even though I have closed it several times, it says it is open. How do I close it, then, and remove it?

I have a program (Citrix) that must be imbedded in my system. I have closed it, but when I try to install, it tells me that it is open and cannot remove it.. I have tried force close, but nothing seems to work.

We need to see what all is running, a report from this will not display any personal info...

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck. In a Reply before you click post, look for this to add longer texts...
