2D CAD Application for an iPad

I am looking for an application that I will load on my future iPad. I would like to start with a simple 2D program that can be used to draw designs of small outbuildings, fences, landscape feartures, mail box post, garden shed, roof extension etc. After gaining experience, I probably move on to more complex application. I would like to start with a free application and after learning if the app is right for me, pay a reasonable fee for a DYI guy.

I want to use it for drawing, sketching, etc. Perhaps Photoshop, morpholio trace, or concepts would be good apps for that.
