Error when trying to play a movie from itunes
Seeing the following error when playing a movie:
"There's a problem loading this content".
Does anyone know what this is about?

To start, you'll want to determine if it's a content issue or a device issue. Are you just unable to play this one specific item, or are you getting that same message on any items you try to play?
If you're unable to play any items, then you'll want to start with the basics like restarting the device and making sure it's up to date.
If the issue is just with that one specific item, you'll want to contact Apple to report the issue: Get Support
