Rewind and fast Forwards keys on Macbook Pro M1 Pro 14" inch

i have the 14 inch macbook pro, i just switched from using windows because of some reasons. Everything works great except the rewind and fast forward features key doesn't work. I tried it on youtube videos but it doesn't work, only the pause and play key works tho. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

We were able to find a helpful resource about the keyboard shortcuts for YouTube, check this out: Keyboard shortcuts for YouTube

We tested the shortcuts on our Mac and they worked as described.

j - Seek backward 10 seconds in player.

l - Seek forward 10 seconds in player.
