I can’t log into my iHeart Radio account using my Apple ID on my iPhone
I can’t log into my iHeart Radio account using my Apple ID.
Since 2019, I have been using my Apple ID to log into iHeart Radio with my iPhone passcode on my 2 iPhones, an iPhone 13 and an iPhone 7.
Since 2 days ago, on the iPhone 13, I got the message that there was a login error and that I needed to login again, one of the options being to login through my Apple ID. When I try to log in with my Apple ID and passcode, the iHeart Radio app either stays stuck on the login page without doing anything without advancing after I enter my iPhone passcode or it says “Loading” and then reports a login error and a failure to connect.
Until today, I was able to continue listening to iHeart Radio on my iPhone 7, but now the same problem is happening on my iPhone 7 too.
Now, I am not able to login to the iHeart Radio from either my iPhone 7 or my iPhone 13 using my Apple ID and passcode.
I tried deleting, downloading, and reinstalling the iHeart Radio app on my iPhone 13 several times, but I am stuck with the same problem of not being able to login using my Apple ID and passcode.
Before 2019 (4 years ago), I used to log into iHeart Radio directly through my e-mail address. Now, when I try to log in directly to iHeart Radio through my e-mail address instead of logging through my Apple ID and iPhone passcode, I get a message from iHeart Radio that changing accounts will cause all of the iHeart Radio data from my Apple ID account to be erased from my phone. So, I do not want to log in this way; I want to keep all of my iHeart Radio settings from my Apple ID account, such as my favorite stations and podcasts and which podcasts I have listened to).
Please help!
