Touch Screen not responding


This afternoon my touch screen went from working to no response. I have tried forced on and off several times. Volume up, volume down and hold lock button but still no touch response. iPhone 13 fully up to date and in perfect condition apart from this issue now. iPhone 13

So took it to an Apple Authorised store in Oxford UK. They wanted £300 to replace the screen.

Decided I would rather send to Apple direct as they charge £285 I think. Had another text chat with Apple support and they arranged collection and repair. Phone back today with new screen and no charge as covered under Consumer Rights Law in the UK as phone only 18 months old. New screen has a 90 days warranty. So thanks Apple this time.
