The question is not clear to me. Is this involving Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, or something else?
On iPhone and iPad, open the App Store app, tap your round icon in the upper right, scroll down, and select Update All and apply available updates.
To update the App Store itself, update iOS or iPadOS. Settings > General > Software Update
What iOS or iPadOS you can update to will be limited by your particular iPhone or iPad hardware.
For current iOS, you'll need an iPhone 8 or newer.
