Calendar

My time and sometimes date changes by itself for no reason on events in my Calendar. It does this even if I am in the same time zone. How can I fix this.

Hi Dltang,

We understand your Calendar is changing the time and date settings without intervention from you. We have some suggestions for settings to check that could help. If you are using a Mac, check the following:

  1. Click the Apple menu () > System Settings.
  2. Click General in the left sidebar.
  3. Choose Date & Time on the right side.
  4. Make sure 'Set time and date automatically' is enabled.
  5. Confirm your time zone is set correctly.
  6. Open the Calendar app.
  7. Click the Calendar menu > Settings.
  8. Choose the Advanced tab.
  9. Determine if 'time zone support' is enabled.

If it is enabled, if you change time zones, your calendar events will change to the new time zone. This could be what's occurring with your calendar events. If you are using a different device, reply back here. Also note if your calendar is with a third-party service. We'll continue to narrow down what's going on to help resolve it with you.
