After importing from Evernote two things happened:
1) Mac Notes crashing all the time, like every 30 minutes
2) Notes folders and file names are showing in Mac but in iPhone only the names of the notebook and notes are showing and not contact, text and attachments.

You can also try running the computer in safe mode to see if the application responds properly that way.
Start up your Mac in safe mode
If the application is still not working properly after that, you'll want to contact Apple to report the issue: Get Support
