Ever since applying the latest Mac OS (Ventura 13.3) and Watch OS (9.4) updates, I haven't been able to consistently open apps with my Apple Watch. Sometimes it works and sometimes is doesn't. I've tried toggling it off in system settings on my Mac, restarting, and then toggling it on. That works briefly, and then it stops working.
Anyone else experiencing this issue, and if so, have you found a solution?

I think I figured out the issue.
The problem seemed linked to my use of 1Password (even though there are other apps that I open with my Apple Watch).
To fix things, I untoggled Apple Watch in System Settings - Touch ID and Password, untoggled Apple Watch in 1Password's Security settings, shut down my Mac, and restarted my Watch. I then restarted my Mac, toggled on Apple Watch in System Settings - Touch ID and Password, and toggled on Apple Watch in 1Password's Security settings.
Now my Apple Watch opens all apps as it should.
