these blue lines won’t go away!

so I was talking to my friend over on discord and I wanted to call him but I couldn't reach him so I waited till he was done and suddenly, some weird glitch happened which caused my phone to show my conversation in the fricking background along with a bunch of layers of lines as soon as I turned it back on hoping it would fix the problem but it’s still showing my conversation. please can someone offer me suggestions on how to fix my screen background so I don’t have to keep seeing these annoying lines on my phone?
