Pressing “e” or “d” brings up emoji keyboard and dictation respectively

The hardware keyboard keeps bringing up the emoji keyboard when I type “e” and dictation when I type “d”.

This is an issue I keep having at random timings. Or is it just I’m doing something wrong? I have read many posts and it is always an issue for Mac users only? I’m not sure if it’s just my iPad acting up like this. I have tried restarting my device multiple times but the problem keeps reoccurring. Any suggestions?
